We are seeking to acquire companies located within approximately one hour's drive of Boston that meet the following criteria:
- Established companies in the manufacturing or service sector with high competitive barriers
- Opportunity to improve profitability
- Revenue of $10 to $50 million
- EBITDA of $1 to $5 million
- Predictable and recurring revenue base
It is our intention to be the primary operators of the companies we acquire. While we are willing to consider opportunities where the current owner retains an interest in the company, we intend to take a controlling interest through our investment.
